The Burton Family has been investing in Central Kentucky Real Estate since the early 90’s. Originally, the holding company was focused on UK Campus property and in the last decade has pivoted to primarily commercial properties. Burton Group’s headquarters are located in the historic Dudley Square building in downtown Lexington. Our portfolio consists of multi-family, industrial distribution, office/warehouse flex space, mixed use, retail and office space. We also own and operate multiple businesses in the restaurant, coffee and manufacturing sectors. Though our focus is primarily on add-value existing real estate, we have also completed multiple raw land new construction and build-to-suit projects.
